Der Bikeleasing-Service ist als Dienstrad-Anbieter auf steilem Erfolgskurs und befindet sich in einer spannenden Phase des Umbaus und des rasanten Wachstums. Ganz getreu unseres Slogans "Mehr als Dienstrad" sind wir durch den neuesten Zusammenschluss mit Probonio einen weiteren wichtigen Schritt hinsichtlich der Entwicklung eines attraktiven Benefits-Services gegangen. Zurzeit verfeinern und verbessern wir unsere Strukturen und Prozesse, um in diesem Rahmen nachhaltiges Qualitätsmanagement gewährleisten zu können. Eine ganz entscheidende Rolle wirst Du als Head of Accounting, Reporting & Tax (gn) einnehmen, da Du federführend für das Rechnungswesen verantwortlich bist und mit der Einführung eines Reportings nach IFRS nachhaltig unser Berichtwesen auf Konzernebene sicherstellst. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und unserem Investor schaffst Du es den kurz- wie auch langfristigen Zielen der Bikeleasing-Gruppe gerecht zu werden. Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Buchhaltungs- und Steuerabteilung, welche Du auf- und ausbaust
Du unterstützt bei der IFRS-Überleitung und dem konsolidierten Konzernabschluss. Perspektivisch besteht die Option, Verantwortung für den Prozess im Rahmen der IFRS Konzernabschlusserstellung zu übernehmen
Um vor potenziellen Risiken & Herausforderungen geschützt zu sein, stellst Du ein gut durchdachtes Risiko-Management & internes Audit auf die Beine
Du trägst zur stetigen Prozessoptimierung bei, indem Du die Rechnungslegungsprozesse analysierst, weiterentwickelst und ggfls. neu aufsetzt (Gestaltung und Aufbau jener Prozesse im ERP-System)
Zusammen mit Deinem Team schaffst Du es alle Tochtergesellschaften im In- und Ausland auszusteuern und sie gesellschaftsrechtlich zu betreuen
Darüber hinaus richtest Du ein konzerninternes Verrechnungspreissystem zwischen den Tochtergesellschaften ein (inklusive steuerlicher Abstimmung)

Deine Stärken

Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen Abschluss als geprüfter Bilanzbuchalter (gn) mit
Du kennst Dich mit IFRS aus
Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kenntnisse mit ERP- & CPM-Systemen, wünschenswerterweise mit SAP S/4 HANA Cloud & LucaNet
Deine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im Bereich der Konzernrechnungslegung mitsamt komplexer Konzernstrukturen bringt sowohl Dein Team, als auch uns als Firma nach vorne
Um unseren Plänen und Zielen gerecht werden, ist eine gute Kommunikation in Englisch wünschenswert
Du hast Lust und bist motiviert Themen voranzutreiben, zu gestalten und aufzubauen. Gepaart mit Deiner analytischen sowie strukturierten Herangehensweise bist Du unser Ass im Ärmel!
Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

The Bikeleasing Service is on a steep path to success as a provider of company bikes and is currently in an exciting phase of transformation and rapid growth. True to our slogan “More than just a company bike,” our recent merger with Probonio marks another major step in developing a compelling employee benefits service.
We are currently refining and improving our structures and processes to ensure sustainable quality management. As Head of Accounting, Reporting & Tax (gn), you will play a key role in this transformation. You will take the lead in all accounting matters and ensure the implementation of IFRS-based reporting at the group level. Working closely with executive management and our investor, you will help align our financial operations with both short- and long-term goals of the Bikeleasing Group. You will take full responsibility for building and expanding the accounting and tax department.
You will support the transition to IFRS and the preparation of consolidated financial statements. In the long term, you may take ownership of the entire IFRS group reporting process.
You will establish a well-thought-out risk management and internal audit system to safeguard against potential risks and challenges.
You will continuously optimize processes by analyzing, enhancing, and, if necessary, redesigning accounting workflows—including their implementation in the ERP system.
Together with your team, you will manage and support all domestic and international subsidiaries, including corporate governance matters.
You will also implement a group-wide transfer pricing system between subsidiaries, including coordination of tax compliance.

Your profile

You hold a degree in economics or a certified qualification as a balance sheet accountant (gn).
You are well-versed in IFRS.
You have in-depth experience with ERP and CPM systems—ideally with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and LucaNet.
Your extensive leadership experience in group accounting, including complex corporate structures, helps drive both your team and our company forward.
To support our plans and goals, strong communication skills in English are desirable.
You are eager and motivated to take initiative, shape processes, and build structures. Combined with your analytical and structured approach, you’re our ace in the hole!
You have solid English language skills.
