Wir wissen genau, wie es sich anfühlt, wenn man sein neues Bike schon vor Augen hat und es kaum erwarten kann, loszufahren. Genau deshalb setzen wir alles daran, unseren Kund*innen den Weg zum Dienstrad so einfach und angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Als Werkstudent/Aushilfe Customer Service (gn) unterstützt Du uns dabei, Unternehmen und Mitarbeitende durch unseren durchdachten Leasingprozess zu begleiten. Du hilfst dabei, Fragen zu klären und Infos bereitzustellen, um Deinem Gegenüber im Idealfall ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern. Das klingt nach einem Job, der zu Dir passt? Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen am Telefon und per E-Mail – freundlich, lösungsorientiert und mit einem Lächeln in der Stimme
Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kundendaten gewissenhaft in unserem System
Du kommunizierst professionell mit Leasingnehmer*innen, Fachhändlern und Dienstleistern und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
Du unterstützt unser Team bei internen Projekten und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundensupports bei

Deine Stärken

Du bist immatrikulierte*r Student*in oder verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Du bist zeitlich verfügbar am späten Nachmittag und an Samstagen
Du hast Lust, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und im Team mit anzupacken
Kommunikationsfreude und Serviceorientierung zeichnen Dich aus und arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und eigenständig
Du kannst sicher mit MS Office umgehen und idealerweise konntest Du schon erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen sammeln
Du sprichst mindestens verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1)

Your mission

We know exactly how it feels to have your new bike in sight and not be able to wait to hit the road. That’s why we do everything we can to make the path to a company bike as smooth and enjoyable as possible for our customers. As a Working Student / Temporary Assistant in Customer Service (gn), you’ll support us in guiding companies and employees through our well-structured leasing process. You’ll help answer questions and provide information – ideally putting a smile on someone’s face in the process.

You respond to customer inquiries via phone and email – always friendly, solution-oriented, and with a smile in your voice
You carefully maintain and update customer data in our system
You communicate professionally with lessees, retailers, and service providers, ensuring smooth processes
You support our team with internal projects and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our customer support

Your profile

You are an enrolled student or have completed a commercial apprenticeship
You are available to work in the late afternoon and on Saturdays
You’re eager to learn new topics and enjoy being a hands-on team player
You’re communicative, service-oriented, and known for your reliable, accurate, and independent way of working
You’re confident using MS Office, and ideally have first experience with CRM systems
You speak at least business-fluent German (C1)
