Die Bikeleasing-Gruppe hat sich zu einer führenden Unternehmensgruppe für Arbeitgeber-Benefits und Mobilitätslösungen entwickelt. Sie umfasst fünf spezialisierte Unternehmen, darunter Multi-Benefit-Anbieter, Leasing- und Versicherungsdienstleister sowie Händler für refurbished Bikes. Mit unserem anhaltenden profitablen Wachstum und unserer Expansion befinden wir uns auf einer spannenden technischen Transformationsreise, in welcher wir neue Akzente setzen wollen, um weiter zu wachsen und den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Internationalisierung zu gehen. Dafür suchen wir Dich als Communications Manager (gn), um unser 8-köpfiges Team zu verstärken und sowohl die Public Relations als auch die interne Kommunikation für alle Marken unserer Gruppe voran zu treiben. In dieser Rolle entwickelst und implementierst Du effektive PR-Strategien und sorgst für einen reibungslosen internen Informationsfluss, um eine konsistente und starke Markenpräsenz zu gewährleisten. Du entwickelst zielgerichtete und innovative Kommunikationsstrategien, die unsere Themen in den Fokus der bundesweiten Medienlandschaft rücken
Du konzipierst zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Inhalte für verschiedene Kanäle, um unsere Markenbekanntheit zu erhöhen
Du baust Beziehungen zu relevanten Presse- und Medienkontakten auf und pflegst diese, während Du Medienkooperationen umsetzt
Du erstellst und stimmst Pressemitteilungen ab, beantwortest Presseanfragen, organisierst und begleitest Interviews und Medienauftritte
Zudem unterstützt Du bei der Planung und Durchführung der internen Kommunikation

Deine Stärken

Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirksamer PR-Strategien und -Maßnahmen
Du verfügst über professionelle Schreibkompetenz für verschiedene Textformate und Zielgruppen, wie z.B. Pressemitteilungen, Interviews, Reden und Advertorials
Deine Kreativität und Dein Ideenreichtum zeichnen Dich aus
Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und teamorientiert
Du hast sehr gute MS Office 365-Kenntnisse und bist idealerweise vertraut mit Notion
Zudem hast Du Erfahrung im Umgang mit PR-Analyse- und Reportingtools sowie KI-basierten Tools
Dein verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) runden Dein Profil ab

Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group has evolved into a leading corporate group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It comprises five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance services, as well as retailers for refurbished bikes. We aim to set new standards to drive further growth and take the next step toward internationalization.We are looking for you as a Communications Manager (gn) to strengthen our 8-member team and drive both public relations and internal communication for all brands in our group. In this role, you will develop and implement effective PR strategies and ensure smooth internal information flow to maintain a consistent and strong brand presence. Sounds interesting? You develop targeted and innovative communication strategies that bring our topics into the focus of the national media landscape
You design audience-oriented communication measures and content for various channels to increase our brand awareness
You build and maintain relationships with relevant press and media contacts while implementing media cooperations
You create and coordinate press releases, respond to press inquiries, organize and accompany interviews and media appearances
Additionally, you support the planning and implementation of internal communication

Your profile

You have initial professional experience in corporate communications as well as solid knowledge in developing and implementing effective PR strategies and measures
You possess professional writing skills for various text formats and target groups, such as press releases, interviews, speeches, and advertorials
Your creativity and wealth of ideas set you apart
You work in a structured, proactive, and team-oriented manner
You have excellent MS Office 365 skills and are ideally familiar with Notion
Additionally, you have experience with PR analysis and reporting tools as well as AI-based tools.
You are fluent in both German and English
