Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group has grown into a leading corporate group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It consists of five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and retailers for refurbished bikes. With our continuous profitable growth and expansion, we are on an exciting technical transformation journey. We are looking for you as a Working Student (gn) Frontend Development. In this role, you’ll help us turn Figma email designs into responsive HTML templates for our marketing automation and transactional email systems (Mailjet). In addition, you’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of components in our internal component library, helping to improve reusability and efficiency across our frontend ecosystem. You accurately convert Figma mockups into HTML email templates
Cross-client compatibility, including Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile devices is ensured by you
You integrate the email templates into existing email service provider systems
You maintain the documentation and overview of the email templates
You support the development and refinement of reusable components in our internal component library
You collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistent implementation of design system standards

Your profile

You have solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and email-specific best practices
You are currently studying or training in computer science or web development
Ideally, you have experience working with email templates
Experience with component-based development (e.g., React, Web Components, or similar) is a plus
You are confident using Figma to interpret design files
You speak fluent German (at least B2 level)
You enjoy shaping digital products, work independently, and are reliable

Du wandelst Figma-Designs präzise in responsive HTML-E-Mail-Templates um
Für eine optimale Darstellung stellst Du die Kompatibilität über alle gängigen Clients sicher – inklusive Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail und mobilen Endgeräten
Du integrierst die erstellten Templates in unsere bestehenden Systeme für E-Mail-Service-Provider
Die Dokumentation und Übersicht aller Templates hältst Du aktuell und strukturiert
Bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung wiederverwendbarer Komponenten in unserer internen Component Library wirkst Du aktiv mit
Gemeinsam mit Designern und Entwicklern sorgst Du für die konsistente Umsetzung unserer Design-System-Standards

Deine Stärken

Du verfügst über solide Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS und kennst Best Practices für E-Mail-Entwicklung
Aktuell studierst oder absolvierst Du eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder Webentwicklung
Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von E-Mail-Templates
Kenntnisse in komponentenbasierter Entwicklung (z. B. React, Web Components oder ähnliches) sind ein Plus
Mit Figma kannst Du sicher umgehen und Design-Dateien interpretieren
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens B2-Niveau)
Digitale Produkte zu gestalten macht Dir Spaß, dabei arbeitest Du selbstständig und zuverlässig
