Der Bikeleasing-Service ist als Dienstrad-Anbieter auf steilem Erfolgskurs und befindet sich in einer spannenden Phase des Wachstums und der Transformation. Du organisierst und verantwortest die Abwicklung aller Aufgaben in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Du führst Dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter
Du begleitest aktiv die Systemumstellung von DATEV auf SAP S/4HANA und treibst die Automatisierung der Prozesse voran
Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Workflows um
Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Abteilungen zusammen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit

Deine Stärken

Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Führungsverantwortung im Bereich Buchhaltung
Deine ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität zeichnen Dich aus
Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ, zuverlässig und strukturiert, dabei behältst Du auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick
Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Dein sicherer Umgang mit SAP oder DATEV sowie den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen runden Dein Profil ab
Du hast die Bereitschaft zwei Mal im Monat in unserem Headquarter in Uslar vor Ort zu sein

Your mission

Bikeleasing-Service is on a steep path to success as a provider of company bikes and is currently in an exciting phase of growth and transformation. True to our motto “More than just a company bike”, we are continuously evolving – structurally, technologically, and culturally. In this dynamic environment, you will take on a key role as Team Lead (gn) Accounts Payable/Receivable, contributing to the development of our accounting processes and leading a dedicated team.

You organize and oversee all tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
You lead your team both professionally and disciplinarily, and continuously support its development
You actively support the system migration from DATEV to SAP S/4HANA and drive the automation of processes forward
You identify opportunities for process optimization and implement measures for continuous improvement
You collaborate closely with adjacent departments to ensure smooth communication and cooperation

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business administration
You bring several years of professional experience with leadership responsibility in the field of accounting
Your strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a high affinity for numbers, set you apart
You work proactively, reliably, and in a structured manner – even in dynamic situations, you maintain a clear overview
Your excellent communication skills and confident use of SAP or DATEV, as well as common MS Office applications, round off your profile
You are willing to be on-site at our headquarters in Uslar twice a month
