Sie umfasst fünf spezialisierte Unternehmen, darunter Multi-Benefit-Anbieter, Leasing- und Versicherungsdienstleister sowie Händler für refurbished Bikes. Und jetzt kommst Du ins Spiel: Als Teil unseres Customer-Success-Teams bist Du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Unternehmen und deren Mitarbeiter, wenn es um alle Fragen rund um das Dienstrad-Leasing und unsere Multi-Benefit-Plattform geht. Du beantwortest Anliegen, pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden ein rundum positives Erlebnis haben. Du begleitest unsere Kunden in all Ihren Anliegen rund ums Thema Dienstrad-Leasing sowie unsere Multi-Benefit-Plattform
Du kommunizierst dabei sicher und mit Freude per Telefon, E-Mail sowie über MS Teams
Du pflegst unsere Bestandskundenbeziehungen und identifizierst Potenziale für Cross-Selling, um zusätzliche Mehrwerte für unsere Kunden zu schaffen
Die Datensätze unserer Kunden legst Du selbstständig in unserem System an und übernimmst auch deren Pflege

Deine Stärken

Du verfügst bereits über ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice/Support oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung mit und hast Freude daran, Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken
Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Du kannst Dich schnell in neue Prozesse und Aufgaben hineindenken
Deine Kommunikationsstärke zeichnet Dich aus und Du bist ein Teamplayer

Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group has grown into a leading provider of employee benefits and mobility solutions. Our group consists of five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance services, and retailers for refurbished bikes. With our continued profitable growth, we are on an exciting transformation journey and have recently expanded into Austria with our subsidiary Probonio. Now it’s your turn: As part of our Customer Success Team, you will be the go-to person for companies and their employees when it comes to all questions about Bikeleasing and our multi-benefit platform. You will handle inquiries, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure that every client enjoys a positive experience. Guide our customers through all topics related to bike leasing and our multi-benefit platform
Communicate confidently and with enthusiasm via phone, email, and MS Teams
Maintain existing customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities to create additional value
Set up and manage customer records independently in our system
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint

Your profile

You have 1–2 years of experience in customer service/support or a comparable qualification
A strong customer focus and genuine interest in building lasting relationships
Independent, structured, and self-driven work style comes naturally to you
Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and tasks
Excellent communication skills and a true team player mindset
