Deine Aufgaben

Unser Team benötigt Verstärkung, weshalb wir Dich als Bilanzbuchhalter (gn) suchen. Du wirst Teil eines dynamischen Umfelds, das nicht nur Wert auf fachliche Expertise, sondern auch auf gemeinsame Erfolge legt. Das bedeutet, dass Du als Teil unseres großen Buchhaltungsteams neben den operativen Aufgaben, vorhandene Strukturen stetig verbesserst, ausbaust und optimierst. Mit Deiner Unterstützung und Deinem Input bringen wir die Bikeleasing Gruppe weiter nach vorne.

Du unterstützt uns bei der fristgerechten und korrekten Erstellung der lokalen Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB sowie IFRS
Du überwachst und führst Monatsabschlüsse durch – Dein Fokus liegt auf Themen wie Intercompany-Abstimmungen, Vorratsbewertung, Rückstellungen, Software- und Anlagenbilanzierung
Du hilfst bei der Dokumentation, Einführung und Optimierung neuer Prozesse im Accounting und deren Schnittstellen mit
Du arbeitest an Analysen mit und betreust Deine eigene kleine Gesellschaft
Du bist in enger Kommunikation mit externen Partnern und Kollegen der Konzerngesellschaften

Deine Stärken

Du bist Bilanzbuchhalter (gn) oder bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB, sowie relevante Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Abschlusserstellung. Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach IFRS sind von Vorteil
Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Prozesse der Einzel- und Konzernabschlusserstellung
Komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln gehört zu Deinen Stärken
Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke, gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative zeichnen Dich aus

Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group continues on a strong growth path and makes sustainable mobility simple and attractive for companies and their employees. With our leasing model for company bikes and our multi‑benefit service, we create real added value – straightforward, flexible, and future‑oriented. Our team is growing, which is why we are looking for you as a Financial Accountant (gn). You will become part of a dynamic environment that values not only professional expertise but also shared success. Our goal is clear: to further build and internationalise our teams. This means that, as part of our large accounting team, you will not only take on operational tasks, but continuously improve, expand, and optimise existing structures. With your support and input, we will continue to drive the Bikeleasing Group forward.

You support us in the timely and accurate preparation of local quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
You monitor and perform monthly closings – your focus is on topics such as intercompany reconciliations, inventory valuation, provisions, and accounting of software and fixed assets
You contribute to the documentation, implementation, and optimisation of new processes in Accounting and their interfaces
You support analyses and take responsibility for your own small legal entity
You are in close communication with external partners and colleagues from the group companies

Your profile

You are a qualified balance sheet accountant (gn) or have completed commercial training with relevant professional experience, or you hold a degree in economics or business administration
You have sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB, as well as relevant experience with SAP in financial accounting and financial statement preparation. Knowledge of IFRS accounting is a plus
You have a strong understanding of single‑entity and consolidated financial statement processes
Explaining complex issues in a way that is tailored to your audience is one of your strengths
You bring strong team spirit and communication skills, combined with a high level of ownership and initiative
