Der Bikeleasing-Service wächst und als Marktführer im Bereich Dienstradleasing in Österreich haben wir klare Ziele und Visionen - Stärkeres & dynamisches Wachstum werden uns dabei weiter begleiten. Eine Phase, die Du aktiv mitgestalten kannst und wirst. Um unsere qualitative Zusammenarbeit mit unseren 1.200 Partnerhändlern weiter auszubauen, suchen wir für unser 3-köpfiges Retail Area Management-Team Dich als Teamlead (gn). Du bringst uns insbesondere dann voran, wenn Du ein gutes Know-How im B2B-Bereich mitbringst - Dabei ist es keine notwendige Voraussetzung, dass Du aus dem Fahrradgeschäft kommst. Du leitest das Retail Area Management-Team und setzt im gemeinsamen Sparring die Ziele im Retailbereich erfolgreich um
Bei der Planung der Ziele, bist Du eng im Austausch mit unserem Geschäftsführer, sodass Du Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Ziele entwickeln kannst
Du kümmerst Dich federführend darum, die Qualität in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachhändlern zu voranzutreiben
Dafür entwickelst Du Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen sowie Projekte, die Du begleitest und im Blick behältst

Deine Stärken

Deine praktische Erfahrung im B2B-Bereich ist für uns enorm wichtig und gewinnbringend
Du konntest in der Vergangenheit bereits ein Team führen und kannst dementsprechend Führungskompetenzen vorweisen
Wir bauen auf Deinen Weitblick, der uns dabei hilft, gute strategische Entscheidungen fällen zu können und dabei sind Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten und Dein Umgang mit Zahlen ausgezeichnet ausgeprägt
Du kannst mit Kunden, also unseren Händlern, gut, weil Du ein Ass in puncto Kommunikation & Kundenbetreuung bist
Du liebst es zu reisen und umherzufahren, weil Du verstehst, dass der persönliche Kontakt mit den Händlern für uns und für Dich einen großen Mehrwert bringt
Da ein Großteil unserer Fachhändler im Raum Tirol sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn sich Dein Wohnort im Westen Österreichs befindet

Your mission

Bikeleasing Service is growing! As the market leader in company bike leasing in Austria, we have clear goals and visions – stronger and more dynamic growth will continue to accompany us. This is an exciting phase that you can actively shape. To further expand our high-quality collaboration with our 1,200 partner retailers, we are looking for you as Team Lead (gn) for our 3-person Retail Area Management team. You will help us move forward especially if you bring solid know-how in the B2B sector – it is not a requirement that you come from the bicycle industry. Do you want to drive the mobility transition and live in Western Austria? Then we look forward to your application!

Lead the Retail Area Management team and successfully implement retail goals through close collaboration and sparring
Work closely with our Managing Director when planning objectives to develop measures that ensure targets are met
Take the lead in driving quality in collaboration with our specialist retailers
Develop quality assurance measures and projects, which you will oversee and keep on track

Your profile

Your practical experience in the B2B sector is extremely valuable and beneficial to us
You have already led a team in the past and can demonstrate strong leadership skills
We rely on your strategic foresight, supported by excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for working with numbers
You communicate effortlessly with customers – our retailers – because you are a pro when it comes to communication and customer care
You enjoy traveling and being on the road, understanding that personal contact with retailers brings great added value for both sides
Since many of our partner retailers are located in the Tyrol region, it is an advantage if you live in Western Austria
