In your role as Product Owner (gn), you will be the driving force behind our product development. Your goal is to create the best possible product for our customers. You will take ownership of the further development of our platform - with a focus on scalability, user experience, and technical excellence
You will manage and prioritize your product backlog, ensuring that requirements are clearly described and visualized
You will create user stories that deliver real value and stay close to the needs of our customers
You will guide implementation within the team, support releases, and ensure continuous product improvement
You will actively use AI tools throughout the product development process - from requirements analysis and backlog management to release planning - thereby increasing speed and quality within the team

Your profile

You have already gained extensive practical experience as a Product Owner (gn) in a digital environment
A completed degree with a technical or business focus (e.g. business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, or similar fields) provides the foundation for this role
A Master’s degree or comparable advanced qualification is an advantage
You have an understanding of digital architectures, APIs, and web technologies to assess feasibility
You don’t wait for instructions - you take initiative, seek solutions, think entrepreneurially, and bring a strong bias for action
A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital products and processes - while critically evaluating and clearly communicating them—set you apart
Your precise way of working and strong attention to quality and detail ensure a focus on both quality and deadlines
Facilitation comes naturally to you: you can mediate between people and understand both technical and business perspectives
You have professional-level German and fluent English skills

AI is not just a buzzword for you—it’s part of your daily work.

You have already applied AI tools in the product lifecycle in practice - this is a clear advantage for us. For example:
- You use prompting and generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to create user stories, acceptance criteria, or release notes
- You have experience in AI-supported backlog analysis or evaluating user feedback using AI tools
- You understand the possibilities and limitations of AI in product development and can guide your team in using it effectively
- You bring a basic understanding of AI product features (e.g. how to define, evaluate, and prioritize meaningful AI features)
- Experience with prompt engineering, AI-based automation, or evaluating AI outputs in a product context
