As Head of Sales Austria (gn), you will lead and develop our Austrian sales organisation. Your role is not about being the strongest individual salesperson. It is about making an entire sales team more successful through clear structures, strong leadership, data-driven management, digital tools and the targeted use of AI. You will have a leadership role with a direct impact on processes, team performance and the further development of our business in Austria.

Your mission

You will lead and develop our Austrian sales team, establishing clear goals, responsibilities and performance standards
You will translate our corporate objectives into concrete sales initiatives and consistently manage the pipeline, activities, conversion, forecast and target achievement based on data
For Bikeleasing and Probonio, you will develop a joint, structured sales approach that combines new business, customer activation and cross-selling, supporting our transition from a single-product offering to a comprehensive employer solution
With regard to CRM, data and KPIs, you will ensure that they are not merely reported but actively used for day-to-day management and prioritization
AI and automation are already natural working tools for you. You will use them specifically for analysis, prioritization, communication, coaching, documentation and forecasting, and develop new ways of working for your team based on them
You will challenge existing workflows and work with your team to develop simpler, digital and scalable processes
In regular performance, pipeline and development discussions, you will lead your employees, provide guidance and support their individual development
Together with Inside Sales, Key Account Management, Retail, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, IT and Group Sales, you will consistently further develop our Austrian sales organization

Your profile

You have already successfully led and developed sales teams and understand leadership as an active responsibility
You lead with clarity and consistency, provide guidance and responsibility, and are not afraid to address difficult issues directly
Organization is one of your greatest strengths: You turn complex topics into clear priorities, responsibilities, processes and consistent execution
You are confident in managing KPIs, pipelines and forecasts and derive concrete measures for your team and the organization
You are comfortable working with CRM systems, digital tools and modern sales technologies and use them naturally in your day-to-day work
You already use AI in practice and can demonstrate with specific examples how you improve your own work and that of your team
You think entrepreneurially, work independently and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where not every process has been fully defined yet
You have experience in B2B sales. Knowledge of leasing, benefits, insurance or financial services is welcome but not required
You have excellent German skills and business-fluent English for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

The position offers remuneration of up to €90,000 gross per year on a full-time basis
Depending on your qualifications and experience, higher remuneration may be possible
